As part of its effort to grow and keep current with changing times, the Board of Directors will be recommending proposed amendments to the DCC Bylaws, a process that most recently occurred during 2011. A detailed description of the amendments is available. All of the amendments are intended to have the Bylaws reflect the way the DCC has carried out business in the past. Some replace opaque and/or ambiguous language with plain language, others reflect changes in the world we live in that have occurred during the past decade.
